Sushant Singh Rajput Death: Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut Releases New Statement; Says, 'Sushant Was Our Son, Want His Family To Get Justice’
For a very long time, the internet is buzzing with outrage over Sushant Singh Rajput's demise. The investigation for his death case was initially started by the Mumbai Police, however, Sushant's fans and family members weren't happy with the direction it was going to. Soon after, the late actor's father lodged an FIR against Rhea and others in abetment to suicide. The demand for a CBI probe is also getting stronger with each passing day. Amid all this, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut had passed some controversial remarks about the late actor and his father. As a consequence of which, a relative of the late actor asked for an apology.

Not very long ago, Raut had asked Sushant's family to 'sit quietly' as 'Mumbai Police probe is almost over'. This, too, didn't go down well with fans. Now, in a new statement, Sanjay Raut released a new statement regarding Sushant Singh Rajput. In a conversation with ANI, Sanjay has called Sushant like his son and said that he too wants to see him and his family getting justice. "Yesterday I just said that they should’ve some patience but it was shown that I’ve threatened them. Was that a threat? Trust Mumbai Police. If you think they’re not doing a good job, then go to CBI,” said the politician.

He added, "What enmity will we have? Even we want his family to get justice. We want the secret behind his death to come out."

It was on Thursday that Sushant's cousin and BJP MLA Neeraj Kumar Bablu had sent a legal notice to Sanjay due to his controversial remarks on the late actor’s family, said Vikas Singh. He had asked the Shiv Sena leader to apologise publicly in 48 hours.
